These “outcomes” are in fact are processes that are hallmarks of a quality mindset.

Ultimately, one would want to link these process outcomes to service delivery outcomes - including increased access to, utilization of and satisfaction with services. We are making the conceptual leap here. (and if/when we are able to provide airtight proof, we get the Nobel prize or at least the MAQqie award!).
