The PAC/OJT learning package was developed to address the need for more flexible PAC training. The learning package has several main advantages. It provides a structure, to ensure complete coverage of the essential content, while it enables the training of individual or small numbers of trainees without putting undue burden on the trainers or the training site. In addition, PAC/OJT requires less logistic support than traditional group-based training.
