Format for Presenting Compendium Entries: Results/Evidence
Notes:
The second part of the format displays the Results and Evidence gathered from the practice.
(For presentation purposes we’ve put limited information up on the screen…but you will find more detailed examples in your copy of the compendium.)
For each and every entry in the compendium, we will compare evidence under the categories of IMPACT, DEMAND, ACCESS, QUALITY, and SUSTAINABILITY. These performance measures are the critical issues Program Managers in the field are always most concerned with.
In the second column we list indicators that were used to evaluate program performance.
In the third and fourth columns, we make the distinction between objective evidence and other often more subjective evidence.
In the last column, we list the conditions or underlying factors that accounted for the success of the practice in the particular environment.
In the case of AIC, you will see, that demand increased because same-day rapid results reduced the number of clients who failed to receive their test results.
